Avitech Systems invests in new Service Management software. 
At Avitech Systems, we have always prided ourselves on providing solid backup service to you, our loyal customers, with the aim of maximising the return on your investment in quality equipment and systems. And we have always been on the lookout for ways to improve our service, be it by traing our staff, or improving our administration systems.
We are therefore pleased to announce the implementation of CommitCRM, a software based service management system, set to streamline the workflow in our service department. Commit, developed for the IT industry, was found to be ideally suited to our operations in the AV, communication, and fire detection / voice evacuation industries. The system will allow us to :
- Maintain a database of service jobcards
- Instantly print jobcards annd service quotations
- Inform clients of service call status by email and SMS
- Keep service histories of customers' assets
Future options will allow our customers to log service requests by email or directly from our website.
We are already seeing the benefits that the CommitCRM system has brought to our service department, and we're excited about the possibilities we have going forward to offer our customers the best service experience available in this area.
