Avitech Systems equips the Southern Cape's largest mall.
Situated in the confluence of the N2 and Knysna Road in George, the Garden Route Mall opened in October 2005, and has become the place to see and be seen in the Southern Cape Region.
The Garden Route Mall, a centre of more than 45,000m², accommodates well-known tenants like Edgars, Woolworths, Foschini, Truworths, Stuttafords and Pick & Pay, as well as a
variety of fashion outlets and ample 
secure parking for both the public and tour bus operators.
Avitech Systems was awarded the Public Address and Background Music ins tallation at the new mall, and installed a multi-zone system based on an AUSTRALIAN MONITOR audio matrix and INTER-M rack mounted power amplifiers. Other equipment includes SENNHEISER wireless microphones and a digital emergency message playback unit.
The Centre's second phase, which began construction soon after Phase one, has also been completed, and is home to a Game store, Hi-Fi Corporation, Fruit & Veg City, and other large retail outlets.
